This will move corporations from their status as private individuals (protected) to the status of public or semi-public organizations (accountable for their actions). The Green Party advocates for community currency, cooperative ventures and all things that make for a strong local economy, as well as for sustainable handling of our ecosystem. They do not accept corporate money and are therefore less vulnerable to corporate policy ideas than the two large parties.
